Cancellation/Refund Policy
Request received prior to 10 business days before the first day of the workshop: Full refund, less $35 administration fee.Request received 5 - 10 business days before the first day of the workshop: Refund 50% less $35 administration fee.Request received 4 or less business days before the first day of the workshop or a no-show: Non-refundable.The cancellation fee will be waived if the cancelled space in the workshop is filled by a new registrant.Registrants needing to cancel are encouraged to help find an alternate participant in order to avoid the cancellation fee.No refund requests will be honored post-workshop.

Cancelación recibida antes de 10 días hábiles del taller: reembolso completo menos $35 dólares por gastos administrativos. Cancelación recibida de 5 a 10 días hábiles del taller: reembolso del 50% menos $35 dólares por gastos administrativos. Cancelación recibida 4 días hábiles antes del taller o después: No será reembolsado. Los $35 dólares serán exonerados si el espacio del taller es ocupado por un nuevo participante. Los participantes que necesiten cancelar se les anima a que consigan a otro participante para poder evitar los $35 dólares de gastos administrativos. Después del taller no se harán reembolsos.
